Vor diesem Hintergrund werden in dieser Diplomarbeit die kulturellbedingten Aspekte der Kommunikation und der Interaktion russischer Unternehmen im deutschen Markt beleuchtet. Dabei wird auf zwischenmenschliche Kommunikation (interkulturelle Begegnungssituation, Verhandlungen) und auf Unternehmenskommunikation, speziell auf Marktkommunikation, eingegangen. Es werden die Fragen gestellt:
- Welche kulturspezifischen Probleme können bei der Interaktion zwischen Deutschen und Russen entstehen?
- Welche shape von Marktkommunikation bevorzugen russische Unternehmen im deutschen Markt und warum?
- Wie wirken sich die russische Kultur und Mentalität auf den Erfolg der Verhandlungen aus?
Mit dieser Arbeit sollen Erkenntnisse über die Kommunikation und Interaktion russischer Unternehmen gewonnen werden, die dann in Empfehlungen für deutsche Geschäftsleute für den Aufbau erfolgreicherer Geschäftsbeziehungen mit russischen Geschäftsleuten münden.
Als theoretische Grundlagen werden die Bedeutung von Kultur und deren Auswirkung auf das menschliche Verhalten vorgestellt (1.1). Außerdem wird ein allgemeines Kommunikationsmodell vorgestellt (1.2.2) und darauf aufbauend, spezielle Formen der Kommunikation dargestellt: interkulturelle Kommunikation (1.2.3) und Marktkommunikation (1.2.4). Den theoretischen Teil schließt der Blick auf Verhandlungen ab (1.3).
Zu jedem der genannten Bereiche werden Erkenntnisse zur Kommunikation und Interaktion russischer Unternehmen im deutschen Markt herausgefiltert und nach Lücken geschaut und Hypothesen formuliert. Offene Fragen sollen mit den Ergebnissen aus einer qualitativen Befragung beantwortet werden (Abschnitt 2). Abschließend werden die Untersuchungsergebnisse dieser Arbeit zusammengefasst und Empfehlungen genannt.
